Family Court Support

Family Court Support is a service set up to help those facing family disputes to navigate their way through the Court issues and procedures.

My name is John Ward and I spent 14 years as a volunteer for the charity, Support Through Court, and have considerable experience in supporting clients who cannot afford lawyers. I am now offering to continue my work via this new service FCS.

We provide probate services at a vastly reduced cost compared to lawyers, banks or other providers

Appeals

If you want to appeal against a court ruling make sure you file your form within the stated time limit
