You may need support with:

Form A followed by form E plus questionnaires and answers.

A Final Issues Statement, plus Consent Order.

Charities are not prepared to provide all these services and a lawyer’s charges can amount to thousands, especially if you need advice throughout the whole process. As stated, our charges will be negotiated with you during each stage.

We can provide support on other areas of family disputes such as Child Arrangement Orders (C100 form), Non Molestation and Occupation Orders.

Personal support in Court. We can support you in Court as a ‘McKenzie’ friend. We are not allowed to speak on your behalf ,but can help prepare bullet points and take notes.

There are numerous forms for which we can provide help and guidance.

If you really can not come to an agreement  with your ex then we can support you through the procedure  from the beginning to then end. This could take about 3 court hearings over about 18months.

We can help you complete applications for access to your children.                                   

The C100  application form is quite long and complicated and you may need our help and guidance.

If you want to appeal against a court ruling make sure you file your form within the stated time limit.

These can be be very time consuming and require expert legal advice.
